Thank you for shopping with L I N D A ! We hope that you had a pleasant shopping experience with us. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, do not worry, you can return any purchase (excluding sale items) within 14 days of receipt. Please note, that as we are starting out as a new brand, return shipment costs have to be covered by the customer and will be deducted from the refund payment (same rate as initial shipment applies). At the moment, we do not offer exchanges. Please contact our customer service team customercare@lindabyll.com. We are working according to the Central European Timezone, but rest assured, we personally reply to all customer care enquiries within 24h.

Returns Conditions

  • Cost of return shipments are paid by the customer and will be deducted from refund (same rate as initial order shipping will be charged) 
  • All sale items are excluded and cannot be returned
  • To be eligible for a return, please make sure the items are in the same condition that you received it, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags and hygiene tags still attached. 
  • All return items of one order must be returned together in the same original packaging and parcel. Please ensure to seal the parcel so that the returned items are secure. 
  • If you are returning multiple orders at once, we highly encourage you to use only one shipment parcel in case there is enough room to safely store everything in one parcel. In that case, please attach only one return label on the outside and place the rest of the labels inside the parcel.
  • Return shipments must be made using the same service provider (DHL Express).
  • We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to Italy must be returned from Italy. Otherwise, the import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund any optional return shipment insurance.
  • Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow up to 3 business days after receipt for our team to inspect your return and issue your refund.
