START A RETURN

Step 1: Please email the Customer Care team stating your name, order number, and reason of your return. As a new brand we are committed to improving our products and highly appreciate your honest feedback

Step 2: Our Customer Care team will send you a DHL Express return label. You will be able to schedule a courier pickup and track your parcel with the tracking number provided.

Step 3: Place the items in the original packaging and parcel. Please make sure hygiene stickers and tags are still attached. Close the parcel securely and tape the return label on top of the original shipping label

Step 4: We will send you an email notification at receipt of your return and will take up to 3 business days to issue the refund payment
